Privacy policy

This covers the Thankbell website, the free review card maker and the founding list. We'll publish the full policy for the product, including how we handle your customers' details, before any account opens.

What we collect

• Founding list: your email, your type of business and number of locations, the date, and the site that sent you (just its name).
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Counts: page views and tool uses, without cookies and without storing your IP address or any identifier.
• Cloudflare sits in front of this site and sees your IP address to block attacks and count traffic without cookies; it is not given anything you type.

The free review card maker

It runs in your browser. Your business name, review link and customer names never leave your device; they're saved only in your browser so the form remembers them.

What we do with it

We use your email only to send your founding confirmation, tell you when your account opens and send rare updates before launch. We never sell or rent it. Our email provider sends our messages and our server host stores the list; nobody else gets it. There are no ad trackers or third-party scripts on this site.

Your choices

Reply "stop" to any email and we'll remove you. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@thankbell.com and we'll do it within 30 days, usually within a day.
