Keep it within Google's rules

• Ask every customer, not just the ones you think are happy. Google bans asking selectively.
• Never offer a discount, gift or entry into a drawing for a review.
• Don't ask for the review on the spot: no tablets, no review stations, no standing over the customer. A card they take home is fine. No review quotas for staff.
• Only text customers who agreed to get texts from you, keep a record of that, and send between 8 am and 9 pm their time. If someone asks you to stop, don't text them again.
